Long-Term Skilled nursing

This is a service for those who are more dependent and require up to 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Several levels of nursing care are available and tailored to each individual’s requirements. A care needs assessment is performed at move-in and periodically evaluated so that changes to those needs are addressed. 

With the attention of a highly trained and certified clinical team, residents are treated with the utmost respect and receive state-of-the-art care in a warm and friendly environment. 

We offer private or shared rooms, delicious meals, excellent rehabilitation services, a great activities department and hospice care services at each community.
